Participants will learn how to cook Langhe traditional dishes, in a simple and enjoyable way, hosted by a wine producer, who has set up a kitchen with terrace – the perfect location to enjoy cooking lessons and surrounding landscape at a glance. Those who do not like cooking can visit to the cellar and taste wine or enjoy trekking among vineyards. Participants can cook one dish or a whole menu. Cooked dishes will be enjoyed collectively.

Here follows a sample basic program schedule:

- Preparation of 4 dishes, cooking in a shared kitchen at individual workstations for pasta
- Traditional recipes from Langhe to be experienced during the cooking lessons

Hors d’oeuvres: vitello tonnato (veal meat in tuna sauce), oven cooked pepperoni accompanied by a variety of sauces, vegetable flan with cheese fondue

First courses: tajarin (traditional fresh handmade egg pasta), ravioli del plin (traditional fresh handmade egg pasta stuffed with meat or herbs), potato gnocchi

Main courses: brasato al Barolo (veal meat from the best Piedmont breed braised in Barolo wine), rabbit meat accompanied by peppers, roasted meat

Desserts: chocolate bunet (traditional sweet pudding with amaretto biscuits and cocoa), hazelnut cake, tiramisu

- Duration: 4 hours + lunch break
